During my stay, I truly enjoyed the massive pool with plenty of sunbeds available. The atmosphere was lively, and there was always something entertaining happening. I appreciated how the staff consistently put smiles on our faces, making the experience enjoyable....  

This place suits me perfectly! Great amenities like beach access, a fitness center, and a wonderful spa. I still remember my first stay when the staff helped me with my luggage. Highly recommend the fun activities led by Prince. I'm coming back for...  

The oceanfront view suite was a highlight with its own private pool, providing a splendid way to enjoy the breathtaking ocean sights and sounds. The infinity pool was stunning, and the evening entertainment was genuinely spectacular. However, the food quality was inconsistent, particularly at the specialty restaurants where meals were served cold. Service speed also lagged. a 20-minute wait for drinks with wrong orders was disappointing. While the resort's beauty and amenities were commendable, the dining experience could definitely be improved.

The children's pool area was perfect for toddlers.

The infinity pool is breathtaking! with stunning ocean views and an excellent staff that made my stay memorable. The dining experiences were delightful, especially the Steakhouse and Jamaican restaurant....

I had a great time relaxing by the massive pool and enjoying fantastic meals at the buffet. One downside was the bed. it had no comforter, just a flat sheet.

Service with a smile, but wait

The beach was pristine and the staff always greeted us warmly. Every evening, we'd unwind at the lively entertainment, only to be surprised by the delicious dinner options.

However, on arrival, our check-in took over an hour. The room had issues—especially the AC—which made our nights stifling. This was disappointing in such a stunning location.

Great experience for families with kids

I loved the pool areas with so many shaded lounge spots. The daily fresh coconuts were a treat that added a special touch to my stay. The evening entertainment was something I looked forward to daily, creating a lively atmosphere....  

Nice place for a quick break in Lucea with fantastic value for money. The jerk chicken hut by the beach was a highlight, super tasty. Book ground floor rooms if you're not a fan of stairs.

Most of the staff were friendly, making us feel genuinely welcome during our stay. The pool area was fantastic, with plenty of sunbeds available. The dining options varied. the Italian restaurant served excellent dishes while the buffet left much to be desired. I found the lunch options at the buffets unexciting and not distinctly Jamaican. Room service took too long, usually over two hours, and the food often arrived cold. Communication with the staff was occasionally lacking, particularly upon checkout when it felt chaotic. The resort could improve the food quality and better coordinate room assignments, especially if traveling with a larger group. It was also frustrating that some amenities were not readily available, like timely responses to requests or adequate attention to room cleanliness.
